This document contains the full set of terms governing the use of Gift Voucher’s distributed by CBCo Brewing’

 

1. Acceptance of Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem a Gift Voucher you accept and agree to be bound by our Terms of Use.

 

2. Transactions made with the Gift Voucher

This Gift Voucher is valid tender redeemable for products and services at participating Victorian & West Australian venues. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or other forms of credit. Gift Vouchers can not be used for function deposits or online purchases.

 

3. Lost or Damages Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers should be treated like cash. Lost or damaged Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.

 

4. Expiry

Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date the voucher is purchased and must be redeemed within this period. Expired vouchers will be void and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date, pursuant to venue management discretion.

 

5. Unused Balance

Cash, credit, or any other type of refund will not be given for any unused balance. This voucher can be partially redeemed at participating venues.

 

6. Voucher Recharge

Vouchers cannot be recharged.

 

7. Online

Gift Vouchers cannot be used for direct online orders.
